Hertz – they may be number 1, but their customer service sucks!


After a flight delay and 6 hrs on a plane to LA, you get to the airport to expererience no name on the gold board, and then a line that is backed up and around the corner. The first car offered did not have the nav system as reserved. The car was not clean. At drop off, there was nnot enough people to process returns, and then the bus closes the door just as I run to get on. Look out guys, you may find next time I look for another car rental company that offers better.
