Verizon Aircard (part 2) – SOLVED in a Good Way!

Amazing if you do reach the right person and they are empowered to resolve customer problems.  I have to give Verizon an A+ in this department.  Trying to get through their voice mail and push buttons to talk to a live person was a pain, but once I did reach someone, it was delegated, Ms Evans was professional, requested documentation, and copies of emails, and offered a satisfactory resolution in less than 8 hours.  Koodos to Verizon customer service.
