Scott Cohen is an artist, writer, and humanitarian who believes people are at their best when they build something together.​

He is the founder of the Life Cube Project, a large-scale participatory installation where thousands of people write their goals, dreams, and aspirations on colorful dream tags and attach them to a shared structure, turning a simple cube into a canvas of the community that created it.

Before focusing on art and storytelling, Scott spent many years building and leading businesses. That experience shaped the way he approaches large creative projects, bringing together artists, volunteers, cities, and communities to create something bigger than any one person could build alone.

Scott also writes for the stage, often exploring family, memory, and the moments that shape a life.

Outside the studio and theater, he has spent over fifty years in the kitchens and has volunteered cooking for refugees in Ukraine and at shelters in Juarez, Mexico.

At the center of his work is a simple belief: when people are given the chance to create something meaningful together, they almost always rise to the occasion.
